RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return your order, or part of it, within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason, provided the product remains factory sealed (additional exclusions may apply).

The 14-day return period begins on the day you—or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier—receive(s) the product. If your order includes multiple items delivered at different times, the 14 day return period begins when the final item is received.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for any loss in product value resulting from handling, beyond what is necessary to inspect the product's nature, characteristics, and functioning.
  • Any free gifts received as part of the order must also be returned. If not returned, their retail value will be deducted from your refund.

WARRANTY FOR VAPORIZERS

For the first 30 days following the date of purchase, any manufacturing defect in a vaporizer will be handled directly by Royal Queen Seeds. During this period, customers are entitled to a return, replacement, or refund, provided that the product:

  • Is unused and sealed
  • Shows a verified manufacturing defect

All items must be returned in their original packaging and include all accessories supplied at the time of purchase.

After the initial 30-day period, any warranty claims must be made directly with the vaporizer manufacturer. Most vaporizer brands offer a limited manufacturer’s warranty, which typically ranges from 1 to 8 years, depending on the specific brand and model.

This warranty generally covers manufacturing defects only, and does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental breakage

To access manufacturer warranty services, customers may be required to:

  • Register the product on the manufacturer's website
  • Provide proof of purchase
  • Cover any shipping costs involved in the warranty process

EXCLUSIONS

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Products with the original seal broken or removed
  • Products returned outside the designated return period
  • Vaporizers or pipes that have been unsealed after delivery, due to health and hygiene regulations
  • Vaporizers returned incomplete under warranty—all original components and packaging must be included for the return to be accepted

REFUND PROCESS

Once you have exercised your right to return, we will refund all payments, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days.

Please note:

If the return is made without prior notification, shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

We may request a return tracking number as proof before issuing the refund.

In the event that we are unable to deliver the package and payment has already been made, and more than 30 days have passed since the original payment, we will request confirmation from you in order to process the refund. If no response is received within 60 days, the case will be considered closed and the funds will be held until we receive confirmation from the customer to proceed with the refund.

Refunds will be processed according to your original payment method:

  • Bank Transfer – Refunded via bank transfer
  • Credit Card – Refunded to the same credit card (or via bank transfer)
  • Bitcoin – Refunded via bank transfer
